Glénan Camping Cars was founded in a building belonging to Concarneau town hall. Its creator, a passionate and inventive man, fitted out vehicles to make holidays easy and stress-free.

Given its success, the company changed its name and moved into new workshops in the Coat-Conq business park in Concarneau. The team grew and so did the range on offer.

Based on Renault Trafic, HorizonVan is born with top-of-the-range equipment, clever features that make all the difference and always high-quality craftsmanship.

We were the first to offer a vehicle with five real forward-facing seats, 3-point seatbelts and an Isofix system to meet the needs of families with three children. As users of our vehicles and listeners to our customers, innovation is our hallmark.

HorizonVan performed in Paris for the first time. It was an immediate success. HorizonVanis much more than just a small van, it's a comfortable way to get away from it all.

The Glénan concept is also about shared trust.

To welcome you even better, the company is expanding and creating an exhibition hall next to the production workshop in Concarneau.

The arrival of the third-generation Renault Trafic marks a new turning point for the company. More modern, more stylish and better equipped than ever, HorizonVan is winning over more and more customers.

Glénan develops, innovates and designs a new extra-flat roof made in Brittany, with a 180° panoramic opening. Committed to developing a local economy, the company relies on a number of partners in Brittany.

Co-developing thermoformed trims and a new running board with a local partner, we continue to innovate and offer clever fittings that make daily life in the van easier, all in a well-cared-for, quality interior.

3^th HorizonVan Deiz in Cognac. Joyful gatherings where everyone shares their travel experiences and their desire to get away from it all.

Major investment challenges and changes to standards were undertaken and met by the team. Thanks to the demanding work carried out with the French Ministry for Ecological Transition and UTAC, our vehicles have obtained European Community type-approval, demonstrating that they fully comply with the required technical specifications.

Arrival of the new Renault Trafic phase 1′, 2L DCi engine, with the option of an automatic engine. We're adapting to change, and our layout is evolving too.
And HorizonVan gets the option you've all been waiting for: the water heater, linked to the large-capacity tank: 90 litres of clean water. And you can now enjoy optimum comfort with the external shower.

Ever closer to our customers, we're opening a second showroom and sales outlet in March 2021 in Décines-Charpieu, near Lyon.

Arrival of HorizonVan 2022 on the new Trafic phase 2. New powertrains, new front end, new dashboard: enough to delight fans of our leisure vehicles, looking for a quality proposition to get away from it all and hit the road.

After more than 2 years of development, the iconic HorizonVan 4 and 5 have seen their interior design modernised and their functionalities enhanced. And the range is expanding with the arrival of HorizonVan UP, a modular van with 2 to 7 seats for short or long Trafic vehicles, which immediately found its audience.
